Details

The Skills Funding Agency is moving to become an executive agency of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), after the Deregulation Bill which is expected to complete its passage through parliament by autumn 2014.

Barbara Spicer has written to the FE sector explain how careful consideration is being given on how the Agency needs to operate in the future, to ensure it is fit for purpose to deliver on agreed political priorities.
