The Operational Performance Management Rules 2015 to 2016 describes the process to request an increase to your Apprenticeship Grant for Employers (AGE) facility for the 2015 to 2016 financial year.

You must request an increase if you are likely to exceed your facility. You can also use the form to request a new facility for the 2015 to 2016 financial year if you have not previously been allocated one, but you must already have a contract with us for 16 to 18 apprenticeships or adult skills budget funding.

You can use the form at any time before 30 June 2016.
