We received a request under the Freedom of information Act 2000 (FOIA) about the Immigration and Nationality Directorate’s Public Enquiry Office for the following:
‘Please provide statistics on the premium service (extra charge for quicker service in Public Enquiry Office). Are there any measures to see if IND are meeting their goals? Where can I view these statistics?
Please tell me if IND have Key Performance Indicators to measure how well the Home Office meets its goal of seeing all callers to PEO within 4 hours of the cashier receiving payment. How many are seen within 4 hours, how many more than 4 hours. Why is this information not posted on in the public domain?’
