The GCA is a corporation sole and an independent regulator sponsored by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). The Adjudicator is supported by a small team of staff, all of whom are seconded from public bodies.

I can confirm that there are no senior IT staff employed by, or seconded into, the GCA. The GCA is a partner organisation of BEIS. IT services are provided to the GCA by BEIS.
