Details

On 24 November 2008 the Parties entered into a deed of variation to the Existing Site M&O Contracts. The Parties have agreed the provisions of this Deed so as to vary certain provisions of the Site M&O Contract and to incorporate certain additional provisions into the Site M&O Contract.
