The Secretary of State for the Department for Communities and Local Government responds to the Birmingham Independent Improvement Panel’s progress report of 5 November 2015 against the Kerslake recommendations.

The letter acknowledges the good work of the Panel, despite their concerns and extends their remit until the end of March 2016.
