We were asked for information on the Secretary of State for Wales’ official visits to Wales since the general election and accommodation costs incurred.
Between her appointment and 30 June, the Secretary of State for Wales has visited Wales in an official capacity on a number of occasions - 3 for her regular bilateral with the First Minister; and an additional 8 on visits.
Her official duties have required her to stay overnight in Cardiff on four occasions. The Wales Office books accommodation where possible using discounted government rates, and the total cost of this accommodation has been £559.
