Commissioned scoping study reviewing the feasibility of evaluating of the economic performance impacts of road enhancements. The study:

  • concludes that an evaluation is feasible
  • provides a detailed specification for how it could be undertaken

The research was undertaken by Ipsos MORI, the Institute of Transport Studies and George Barrett.
