     Updates to the 2019 document to clarify in annex C that we will be publishing completion and attainment measures for L2 and L3 tech qualifications, in place of a progress measure.

     Updates to the 2017 document to clarify submission dates for requests to change pupil data, which would show in the January amended SFR publication; and the methodology and threshold for the coasting schools definition.

These statements of intent explain which data DfE has or will publish for schools and colleges in the primary, secondary and 16 to 18 performance tables.

It includes information on the data that will appear for the first time in these tables, as a result of government reforms to the way schools and colleges are accountable for their performance.
