A list of the regulatory bodies referred to in regulation 11(3) of the draft Lifelong Learning (Fee Limits) Regulations 2026.
This list is only used to apply tuition fee limits for sandwich placements (as defined in Regulation 3). It is not a general list of professional, statutory or regulatory bodies.
If a body on the list requires a work placement within an LLE-funded course, a different fee limit may apply during that placement period. This reflects the difference between placements needed for professional registration and other placements.

Status of this list
We intend to conduct a further review of this list before the end of 2026 and will update it if necessary. As part of the review, we will contact regulatory bodies and higher education providers. We also welcome evidence and representations in advance of the review.
