Details

This section of case histories updates previous RPC case history guidance on addressing the rationale for intervention in impact assessments. The document provides practical guidance with new ‘case history’ examples, in areas such as energy efficiency, obesity and safety standards. The document includes a new section on expectations around the impact assessment of regulatory proposals related to manifesto commitments.
