This section of case histories sets out criteria for assessing whether impacts on business are direct. This is important because only direct impacts are scored against the business impact target. The section provides examples in areas such as transport, health & safety and business finance.

The RPC welcomes any feedback on our guidance. Please contact us here to give us feedback or if you have any questions on RPC case histories - direct and indirect impacts.
