Details

This section of case histories provides guidance to departments on how to assess the impacts of competition within impact assessments. It encourages a proportionate approach and consideration of the CMA competition assessment checklist. It should be noted that this document does not add any additional framework requirements or rules for departments. The section includes examples relating to areas such as domestic energy markets and food & drink.
