Details

Approval to allow changes to the operation of the bridge, including a revision of tolls following a period of improvement works to the crossing and the introduction of an automatic number plate recognition system.

Additionally, the order would allow the applicant to make new byelaws to assist with the management of the crossing and allow for the transfer of the crossing to Rixton and Warburton Bridge Company Limited, should the applicant wish.
