This document gives details on the notice that the Environment Agency considers that the improvement works are not likely to have a significant effect on the environment and does not intend to prepare an environmental statement in respect of them.
The notice is about improvement works to the flood defences on the River Ouse in Reedness between Swinefleet (NGR SE 77165 22607) and Reedness Drain (NGR SE 79938 23148), a distance of 3.3 kilometres.
This notice is given in line with Regulation 5 of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) Regulations 1999 as amended by SI 2005/1399 and SI 2006/618.
