Your feedback is being analysed.

The Environment Agency consulted on this proposal for change between 13 July 2015 and 16 August 2015.

The Environment Agency proposes to update the river map at Glandford Mill on the River Glaven, Norfolk.

It proposes the change as a ‘determination’ under section 193C(1) of the Water Resources Act 1991. A determination is a formal decision to change the main river map.

The proposed determination is that the watercourse between national grid reference (NGR) TG 04524 41464 and NGR TG 04450 41635 will be known as main river. This is shown as an addition on the main river consultation map.

The change means that the Environment Agency would have permissive powers to undertake work on this section of river.

This factual amendment is required to correct the existing main river map.

1. How to view the proposed changes

You can see the proposals on the main river consultation map.

The green line (‘addition’) on the map is the proposed new line to show the correct position of the watercourse. The red line (‘deletion’) is the incorrect line, which would be deleted.
