1. Arun internal drainage board
1.1 Drainage rates and special levies
Year ending 31 March 2027
Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 48 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 that on 12 February 2026 the board made a drainage rate in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings in their district to raise £18,103 of their expenditure for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 as follows:
- a rate for sub district 1 of 6.78p in the pound
- a rate for sub district 2 of 8.84p in the pound
- a rate for sub districts 3 and 4 of 1.75p in the pound
A special levy of £79,534 to raise the balance of their expenditure for the year and charged on the following:
- Arun District Council £78,320
- Chichester District Council £356
- Horsham District Council £858
