Details
This revised improvement notice requires Halton Borough Council to take steps to improve its special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) services.
It follows an Area SEND Monitoring Inspection by Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which judged that:
- effective action had taken place in 4 areas for priority action
- ineffective action had taken place in 1 area for priority action
This notice replaces the improvement notice issued to Halton Borough Council in March 2024.
