Details

The Family Courts Information Pilot ran from November 2009 to December 2010. It was designed to test the feasibility of providing written judgments to parties in certain types of family cases and posting anonymised versions on a public website, the British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII).

The pilot also looked at options for retaining written judgments for later life access by children.
