This review was conducted by the Institute for Employment Studies on behalf of the Doctors’ and Dentists’ Remuneration Review Body. It considers the current pay comparability methodology, which was last reviewed by the PA Consulting Group in 2008, and recommends any necessary updating, changes and improvements. It also extends the coverage of the pay comparisons to include primary care doctors and dentists.
