Details

The Government Equalities Office funded a pilot programme, ‘Return to Planning’, to support people looking to return to the planning sector after taking a career break.

The programme ran from 2020 to 2021 and was delivered in partnership with the Local Government Association and the Planning Advisory Service. Returners were given training to update their skills and support them into planning roles within local councils.

This report details the evaluation of the programme.
