This report provides an update on the government’s progress revoking and reforming REUL and sets out our plans for revocations and reforms in the future. It is the first in a series of reports that will be produced every 6 months until June 2026.
The report includes:
- details of departments’ ambitious plans for REUL reforms
- a summary of government’s roadmap to revoke or reform over half of all REUL by June 2026
- an update on the REUL dashboard figures
