This document is for local resilience forums (LRF) and regional resilience team (RRT) members to help them understand the reservoir flood maps. It provides an explanation of the Environment Agency’s reservoir flood maps. The guidance includes:

  • how the maps were produced
  • how accurate they are
  • how to use them appropriately

It will help LRF and RRT members to prepare their reservoir flood plans.
