Details

In autumn 2025, the Low Pay Commission (LPC) asked YouGov to carry out a survey of low-paid workers. This research report aimed to deepen our understanding of how they experience their pay, living standards and working conditions and how these factors interact in workers’ everyday lives. It complements existing quantitative evidence and informs the LPC’s recommendations to the Government on future minimum wage rates and the longer-term development of the National Living Wage.
