The government is carrying out qualitative research to build its understanding of the RISC-V semiconductor ecosystem.
Semiconductors underpin the UK’s economy and national security, and are vital to the UK’s ambitions on science and technology. It is crucial the government has a comprehensive understanding of the risks and benefits of developments in this field, so this research will contribute towards that understanding.
The research is being carried out by Briscoe Advisory, who will be speaking to industry stakeholders to understand their views on the RISC-V ecosystem.
