We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following: 

Number of requests for judicial assistance in restraint and confiscation cases for the years 2000 - 2011.

Under the Mutual Legal Assistance framework, the number of overseas requests made for restraint and confiscation by the UK for the period 2000 - 2011 are :
