The Subsidy Advice Unit (SAU) has published its report providing advice to Homes England concerning the proposed Social and Affordable Homes Programme 2026 to 2036.

The report includes the SAU’s evaluation of Homes England’s assessment of compliance of its proposed Subsidy Scheme of Particular Interest with the requirements set out in the Subsidy Control Act 2022.
