The SAU has published its report providing advice to HM Treasury concerning its proposed ‘Retail, hospitality and leisure business rates multipliers & pubs and live music venues relief’ subsidy scheme.
The report includes the SAU’s evaluation of HM Treasury’s Assessment of Compliance of its proposed subsidy scheme with the requirements set out in the Subsidy Control Act 2022.
