The SAU has published its report providing advice to HMT concerning the proposed Business Rates Relief for EV Chargepoints and EV-only Forecourts.
The report includes the SAU’s evaluation of HMT’s assessment of compliance of its proposed scheme with the requirements set out in the Subsidy Control Act 2022.
