The Law Commission Act 2009 includes a number of provisions which are aimed at increasing the implementation of Law Commission proposals by the government. This report was written to set out implementation progress over the period 12 January 2025 to 11 January 2026, but it has also subsequently been updated to reflect further progress between January 2026 and the publication date of February 2026.
