Final stage assessment of the impact of proposals in the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill to repeal of the ‘early discharge from bankruptcy’ provision. This aims to reduce the financial and administrative burdens the early discharge process has imposed on business and government. One of ten impact assessments for the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill (URN 12/860-866, 11/1381, 12/644 and 12/648).
