- 99 people were removed under Operation Nexus from the Croydon custody suite and 788 people removed from the London Police Custody suite. These figures are not limited to those “deported” but includes all forms of removal that fall within immigration procedures.
The figures quoted have been derived from management information and are therefore provisional and subject to change. This information has not been quality assured under National Statistics protocols. Since its inception in October 2012, Operation Nexus has enabled more than 2000 (2056 to week ending 28 March 2014) removals across all its work-streams.
