We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
The removals of Cameroon nationals were hampered during a recent period because the Cameroon authorities no longer accepted EU letters as valid travel documents. Is that fact true?
If yes, what is the entire period during which the Cameroon Authorities announced the suspension of their acceptance of their nationals using Home Office issued travel Letters (EU Letters) as opposed to documents issued by Cameroon authorities (Emergency Travel Document)?
