Remote internal temporary storage facilities codes for Data Element 5/23 of the Customs Declaration Service

Find the codes which may be used in Data Element 5/23 to identify the location where goods may be examined for a remote internal temporary storage facility (ITSF(R)) (Appendix 16E).

  4. The format of the table has been updated, including a new column to indicate whether or not the location is in Northern Ireland.

  5. GBAUUURBOHCKS for Charles Kendall Freight Ltd at Bournemouth Airport has been removed.

  6. ITSF(R) code for Worldwide Flight Services in Stanwell (GBAULHRLHRWJS) has been removed.

  7. Remote internal temporary storage facilities duplicate code (GBAUBELBFSAEX) has been removed.

  8. Addition to ITSF(R) location code for City of London Corporation at Staines.

  9. Details for Fedex Express UK Ltd at Glasgow Airport have been added.

  10. A facility for Swissport at London Heathrow Airport has been removed and relisted as an Internal Temporary Storage Facility.

  11. Codes for Charles Kendall Freight Ltd at Bournemouth and for Swissport GB Ltd at London Heathrow have been added.

  12. A new code for Worldwide Flight Services Limited has been added.

  13. Minor outdated guidance has been removed.

  14. This page has been updated to include details for: Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd c/o Ryanair Engineering at London Stansted Airport.

  15. This page has been updated, removing details for Sea Fast Cold Chain Logistics PLC at Felixstowe.

A list of codes which may be used in Data Element 5/23 to identify the location where the goods may be examined for an internal temporary storage facility (ITSF(R)).

Using the relevant codes from the list, enter the location where the goods are held at the time of making the declaration.

The code for the location to be declared in Data Element 5/23 is shown in column 3.
