Details

In 2022, the  Regulatory Horizons Council (RHC) published its cross-cutting report ‘Closing the Gap’ getting from principles to practice for innovation friendly regulation. This report provided the first steps on transitioning from good regulatory principles into practical actions to support technological innovation.

Following the report, the Council recognised that more needs to be done. The Council is now developing the ‘Closing the Gap’ Series, which aims to provide actionable insights and foster collaboration on solutions to address regulatory challenges.
