This form can be used to register a statement that part or the whole of the property has (a) been released from the charge or (b) ceased to form part of the LLP’s property.
It’s easier and quicker to file form LL MR05 online.
If the charge was created before 6 April 2013 complete part A of the form.
If the charge was created on or after 6 April 2013 complete part B of the form.
