Use this form to register particulars of a charge of an LLP:

  • subject to which property or undertaking has been acquired
  • where the charge was created or evidenced by an instrument
  • where the charge was created on or after 6 April 2013 by a UK registered LLP

It costs £24 to register a charge on paper. Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.

Use our online filing service to register your charge information as quickly as possible. It costs £15 to register a charge online.

Charges created before 6 April 2013 must be notified on form LL MG06 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form LL MG06s (Scotland) from the National Archives website.

The fees shown on archived forms may be out of date and incorrect. You’ll need to include the correct Companies House fees.
