Details

It costs £24 to register a charge on paper. Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.

The continuation pages are optional. Use them if you need to provide more details.

Any mortgage or charge created before 6 April 2013 must be notified on form LL MG06 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form LL MG06s (Scotland) from the National Archives website.

The fees shown on archived forms may be out of date and incorrect. You’ll need to include the correct Companies House fees.
