     Updated the Initial teacher training section as the ITT review is completed and the government have responded. Updated the national professional qualifications section and Annex A with information about fully funded scholarships and 2 new qualifications: Early Years Leadership and Leading Literacy. Amended to make clear which parts relate to ECF and NPQs and where it applies to ITT.
