How much did the department spend on redundancy packages for staff that were then rehired in each of the following years: 2007 to 2008, 2008 to 2009, 2009 to 2010, 2010 to 2011, 2011 to 2012 and 2012 to 2013.

Disclosure

The Department for Communities and Local Government has confirmed that no civil servants have been rehired by the department after having been made redundant since April 2007, highlighting the Civil Service Compensation Scheme rules and directing the applicant to the websites of the Civil Service Pensions and Civil Service Management Code.
