The Framework document sets out the broad governance framework within which RFL, HM Treasury (as the department responsible for RFL), UK Government Investments (in its capacity as representative of HM Treasury) and the Department of Culture, Media and Sport (‘DCMS’) operate. The Framework Document does not, however, convey any additional legal powers or responsibilities.
