R W Blackhurst has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number AN/033/0053/036/R01 which authorises the abstraction of water from the Bury Brook and unnamed drains at Hill Farm, Wistow.

The variation applied for is to increase the abstraction as follows: 144 cubic metres per hour, 1,500 cubic metres per day and 105,000 cubic metres per year.
