DCLG works to develop programmes and policies to help and encourage people from all communities. The Equality Duty requires all public bodies to report on how they are doing.

The information and data provide a workforce profile of DCLG’s staff for the period 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014. Workforce composition data relates to 31 March 2014.
