This report outlines a range of reforms that will make sure Britain’s pubs have a more sustainable future. The government has already secured an industry commitment to end unfair practices, through a tough and legally binding code. This sets out further details of a strengthened industry code to improve the relationship between pub companies and their licensees. The reforms will introduce a requirement for increased transparency, improved dispute resolution and legal certainty for licensees.
