We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
A copy of the certificate signed by the Home Secretary, under the Data Protection Act 1998, exempting the police from the provisions of the DPA in order to get “real-time” access to cameras used to collect licence plates for the London congestion charge and any associated documents to which it refers.
