Application for approval to compulsorily acquire land required to carry out works in the administrative area of Leeds City Council between Leeds City Centre (east of Leeds Station) to the boundary with Selby District Council (east of Micklefield Station and the A1(M)).

These works include routine track renewals and improvements, works to existing structures and some minor built development. The works form part of a wider initiative to upgrade the Transpennine service known as the Transpennine Route Upgrade.
