Rules on how tribunal cases are dealt with in the Property Chamber, including residential property disputes.

Includes rules on how to appeal, how hearings are conducted, and how the tribunal reaches decisions.

The rules are used in the following types of tribunal case (involving property disputes):

  • residential property
  • land registration
  • agricultural land and drainage

These rules, in effect from September 2014, include changes to the original rules.
