This letter from Duncan Selbie, Chief Executive of Public Health England (PHE), thanks NHS trust and foundation trust (FT) chief executives for the positive action they have taken towards making the ambition for a smokefree NHS an everyday reality.

It also outlines a pilot survey of trusts across the south of England to better understand their current smokefree status, with a view to extending the survey across England later in the year.
