Private rental market values / deciles for monthly rents in England

Data is for monthly rents recorded between 1 October 2015 and 30 September 2016.

For the new reporting year, 1 April 2016, a new standard rounding convention has been applied. This is in order to minimise the risk of disclosure, and is consistent with other VOA statistical releases. Counts are rounded to the nearest 10 with counts of zero being reported as “0” and counts fewer than five reported as negligible and denoted by “-“. Totals may not sum due to rounding.

These counts are an extension of the VOA’s published private rental market statistics. However the tables are considered to be outside the scope of Official Statistics since they have not been subject to the same quality assurance procedures.
