Details

The Certification Scheme sets out how private parking operators and debt recovery agents will be independently assessed, certified and monitored for compliance with the Private Parking Code of Practice, including how breaches and non-compliance will be addressed. It has been recognised by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service.

It provides independent assurance and strengthens industry accountability by ensuring compliance with the code.
